Switch Version of Fall Guys Still Happening, Development Almost Done
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was first announced for the Nintendo Switch last February during a Nintendo Direct, and it was such an exciting announcement at the time! Though Mediatonic originally planned on having the game ready on Nintendo’s platform that summer, they announced that both the Switch and Xbox versions would be delayed.
Sadly, the Switch version was further delayed to 2022 in an announcement from last November, but we have not heard a whole lot since then. In a recent blog post, Mediatonic said it it “finalizing development” and that “it’s still coming”, so that is positive, right?
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout originally debuted in August 2020. Although Epic Games acquired Mediatonic last March, that has not impacted the Nintendo Switch version or its development at all.
