SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake BFF Edition Contents
The price may be as absurd as Squidward giving a compliment to SpongeBob, but the SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake BFF Edition does include some awesome collectibles in the box. Inside the collector’s edition, you’ll find:
- The game on Switch, PS4, Xbox One, or PC
- A 25cm statue Cosmic Victory statue
- A 50cm-sized inflatable Patrick
- A BFF Amulet with necklace
- Four bouncing balls with different varieties of SpongeBob inside
- Four placemats with art from the game
- The Costume Pack DLC includes exclusive outfits for SpongeBob for the BFF Edition.
Work some extra shifts at the Krusty Krab, and you’ll be able to afford the SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake BFF Edition for when the game releases sometime in 2023.
What Is SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake About?
Similar to the likes of Spider-Man: No Way Home and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake will have you exploring multiple universes. For example, two of the Wishworlds we explore will include a Wild West interpretation of Jellyfish Fields and a Halloween-themed Rock Bottom.
You’ll explore each portal to find SpongeBob’s friends and bring them back to the Bikini Bottom we all know and love. As you progress through the game, there will be over 30 costumes to collect such as SpongeBob’s boxing outfit and caveman look. The platforming from the gameplay showcased so far will be directly inspired by the Battle of Bikini Bottom remake.
We can’t wait to play it on the Nintendo Switch next year.
