Pokemon GO December 2021 Community Day Announced
As the years comes to a close, Pokemon GO December 2021 Community Day helps bring the strong line of events to a close for the year as well. Like previous years, this December Community Day will feature all Community Day Pokemon from 2021 split between two days. It will take place on Saturday, December 18th, 2021 and Sunday, December 19th, 2021, and both days will feature their own Pokemon, eggs hatches and raids.
On Saturday, you can see Machop, Roselia, Swablu, Gible, Snivy, and Fletching in the wild. Sunday will highlight Eevee (who can learn Last Resort), Duskull, Shinx, Tepig, and Oshawott. Raids and Eggs will also have Pokemon from the 2020 Community Days.
All Community Day featured Pokemon from 2020 and 2021 will be able to learn exclusive moves from their respective Community Days, but this is only possible during the event times on December 18th and 19th.
As for bonuses, there will be three hour Incense and Lures, 1/2 Incubator Distance, and twice the amount of Catch XP and Catch Stardust, so make sure you get out there and catch some Pokemon to level up and get more stardust.
Niantic also has plans to increase the maximum amount for Pokemon storage and the Item Bag. The Pokemon Storage Expansion Cap increases the amount from 5,000 to 5,500 while the Item Bag Expansion Cap brings things up to 4,500. Both of these can be purchased from the shop when it goes into effect on Thursday, December 16th, 2021 at 1:00pm PST.
