According to a recent Instagram post on the official @lego account, LEGO will be showing off the latest sets at the upcoming LEGO Con.

It is currently unclear whether any new Mario related sets will be revealed, but either way the fact that LEGO are showing the Mario theme off as a showrunner for this upcoming event alongside legendary LEGO themes such as Star Wars and Harry Potter as well as classics like Technic and City show just how popular the Super Mario LEGO theme is right now.
