How To Change Clothes in Fire Emblem Engage
It’s always neat when you can change your characters’ clothes in JRPG games. Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition is one great example. You can also change clothes in Fire Emblem Engage, but it will take you a while to unlock. Here’s how to change clothes in Fire Emblem Engage.
The Option To Change Clothes in Fire Emblem Engage
When you beat the last fight of Chapter 5, the protagonist Alear meets a blacksmith and most importantly for this guide, a stylist. When Chapter 6 begins, you’ll see them both in your main hub of Somniel. They’re where you first spawn on the right-hand side. Talk to the person on the right, who has a bunch of glittering jewellery on display.
From here, you can buy all sorts of clothes and accessories. I expect that more clothes will be available to purchase as you proceed through the game. After buying a new outfit, you can back out and then select “Change.” From there, you can also see some costumes that are thrown in like the Shirt & Trunks (or One-Piece for the women) and Training Wear. It’s neat you can change clothes in Fire Emblem Engage in this manner.
What Else Can You Do In Somniel?
As you explore the small hub village of Somniel, you can encounter your comrades and talk to them. Some will give you Bond Fragments, which you can use towards Bond Rings that can help buff your emblem’s stats.
Talking about increasing stats, you can also visit the Training Yard. This place lets Alear exercise with Prince Alfred for temporary stat boosts for upcoming battles. You can perform Push-Ups for strength, Sit-Ups for HP, and Squats for Dexterity. They’re fun mini-games that will keep you entertained for a few minutes each. Fire Emblem Engage is full of surprises.
