Can You Check Out One Piece Odyssey on Switch?

An open-world action RPG like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild you can take on the go would be marvellous. However, One Piece Odyssey on Switch remains to be not the case. No official word has been released about One Piece Odyssey on Switch and with the prior entry World Seeker also skipping the platform, it seems unlikely to ever occur.

While it’s not impossible as Jump Force and Dragon Ball FighterZ made the jump to Nintendo Switch, One Piece Odyssey is unlikely to come to a Nintendo console.

One Piece Odyssey Alternatives

There are plenty of great open-world games and anime titles that can be a great alternative to One Piece Odyssey on Switch. First and previously aforementioned, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has a stunning open world with charming characters, exciting boss battles, and an occasional puzzle here and there.

If you’ve already played The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, there is also The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which has you hunting beasts, exploring the world, and taking part in an epic storyline. Despite a game of great size, it actually runs on the Switch quite well.

If you want a game like One Piece Odyssey on Switch that is anime, however, there is Dragon Ball Kakarot. It takes you through the narrative of Dragon Ball Z from Raditz to Buu as Goku and other characters save the open world from evil. It’s the closest you’ll get to a One Piece Odyssey Switch port, at least at the time of writing.
