December 2022 Community Day Event Announced for Pokemon GO

Niantic has announced details for December 2022 Community Day in Pokemon GO, and like previous years, December 2022 Community Day will be a two-day event that will feature all Community Day Pokemon from 2021 and 2022. The last Community Day of 2022 will take place on Saturday, December 17th, 2022, and Sunday, December 18th, 2022.

Throughout the event, Pokemon featured in Community Day events in 2022 will appear more frequently in the wild and in Timed Research. Pokemon featured in Community Day events throughout 2021 will hatch from Eggs and appear in raids and Timed Research. There’s no better way to wrap up the year than by catching Pokemon from Community Day events you may have missed!

As is the case with all Community Days, especially December ones, December 2022 Community Day will give everyone the opportunity to evolve the featured Pokemon and received the Community Day featured move. If you missed out on any of the Community Days this year, now is your chance to catch up!

Finally, there will be special research you can purchase from the in-app store, as well as Timed Research and stickers celebrating the event.
