Developer Mister Morris Games has confirmed a Nintendo Switch release for its robotic indie Metroidvania, Haiku the Robot! The game was already released for PC via Steam back in April and will be available on Nintendo Switch starting September 9, 2022!

Haiku the Robot is an action-adventure platformer inspired by the Metroidvania genre by indie developer Mister Morris Games. A solo developer, Haiku the Robot is his first game released back in April of 2022, and it is now soon to arrive on Nintendo as well next month.
Players will take on the role of a diminutive robot exploring a post-apocalyptic world full of danger at almost every obstacle, and will explore a vast, interconnected world as they unearth the secret it has to offer.
The official description reads as follows:
Haiku the Robot is a cute adventure-exploration game set in a vast interconnected world full of corrupt robots and machinery. Explore the dying land of Arcadia; fight fierce machines; befriend quirky robots, and seek answers to the mysteries of the world around you.
Players will have to dodge, dash, and slash their ways through foes in this vast, dangerous world, a feat that will put their skills and reflexes to the test. tight melee combat and epic boss fights.
With each new discovery, they will learn more and more about the history of Arcadia and how it fell to ruin, as well as develop and acquire their own powerful items and abilities to better traverse its dangers and reach previously inaccessible areas.
Along their journey, they will meet friend and foe, and the truth will often be more than they could have expected.
