Frank and Drake, Turn-Based Narrative Experience, Coming To Nintendo Switch
Chorus Worldwide and Appnormals Team have revealed that the turn-based narrative experience, Frank and Drake, will be making its way to the Nintendo Switch in 2022.
Take a look at the trailer:
About Frank and Drake
A turn-based narrative experience about two housemates with different time cycles. A contemporary take on the classic novels of Frankenstein and Dracula.
The game uses traditional 2D art combined with frame-by-frame animations overlaying real footage, giving the game an uncanny style that fits the theme: two extraordinary characters in an ordinary, mundane world, trying to blend in.
An extremely detailed and deep universe surrounds the characters’ personal quests. We will gradually learn more about their backstories through the city and its places, product brands, ghosts, and other minigames and interactions.
We play both characters alternatively: Frank in the daytime and Drake at the nighttime, as they are only active during these periods due to their personal situations. They will develop a roommate relationship through sticky notes without ever seeing each other, and every choice made by one character will affect the future options of the other.
Different neighbours, acquaintances and special friends will appear according to the story branching, interacting with the characters and being a crucial part in the development of further events.
We will have more information on Frank and Drake soon.
