Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Delayed to 2022, April O’Neil Playable
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge will now release in 2022. The news about the delay was shared at Gamescom today, which is a bummer, as the title was planned to release later this year.
But for some good news! Dotemu announced a new playable character for the game, and it is none other than the love interest and fantastic reporter, April O’Neil!
Dotemu said that “April unleashes flurries of hits against the Foot Clan’s devious soldiers. Her agility and far-reaching slide kicks help her close in on targets quickly, and she once again proves the turtles can rely on her unwavering support, even through slices of pizza.”
This is an excellent announcement to counterbalance the sad news of the delay, so keep your heads up and look forward to some tubular action when the game launches on Switch next year.
