Cotton Rock ‘n’ Roll Flying onto Switch & PS4 in Japan

Adding onto today’s Cotton news, it appears that Success is continuing the series and launching a new title this winter in Japan. Cotton Rock ‘n’ Roll will release in Japan on both Nintendo Switch and PS4 December 23rd, 2021. They even revealed a new site for the game to build the hype, and you can access it here.

The only major announcements thus far are the launch of the new site and the start of a pre-order for the Limited Edition, which includes the game, a chibi figure of Cotton, a 30th anniversary booklet on the series, and an original soundtrack.

Pricing for the standard edition is ¥6,380 ($58 USD) while the Limited Edition costs ¥10,780 ($97 USD). You will need a Japanese address to currently pre-order the game, but I am sure Play Asia will have come copies on sale for those that are interested. Thankfully the eShop is region free, and you will be able to download the game freely from anywhere in the world.

There is not a whole lot more information about the game, so when those details come in, we will be sure to update you.
