Castlevania Advance Collection Rating Hints Towards Release
Today, according to an Australian Classification, a rating has been set for Castlevania Advance Collection from Konami that contains both English and Japanese languages. It is easy to speculate, but this clearly points towards Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance, and Aria of Sorrow being released in one strong package.
The ratings also imply that this is multi-platform, which almost guarantees that this collection is coming to the Nintendo Switch, especially since all three of the original games released on Nintendo’s own Game Boy Advance system.
The Game Boy Advance Castlevania games are heralded as some of the best in the series, so a Castlevania Advance Collection would be a welcomed addition to anyone’s Nintendo Switch library.
However, an official announcement has not been made, so we do not have any concrete details as to what the collection consists of or when it will be released. At the same time, this rating from the Australian Classification does imply that it is far along and may be releasing sooner than we think.
Konami did bring Castlevania Anniversary Collection to the hybrid console in 2019, so this may be a new direction for the company to compile all of their Castlevania games into particular collections. Who knows? Maybe a Castlevania DS Collection will happen, too.
