Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S is Live on the Japanese eShop
Out of nowhere, Crypton Future Media has launched Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S on the Japanese eShop. The nice thing about this and some of the usual regional downloads is that it supports English. If you are interested in getting this game early, you can refer to our guide on how to access regional eShops from your Switch. Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S can be purchased on the Japanese eShop digitally, so you will need to buy some cards for this particular shop. Thankfully, Play-Asia provides cards very easily.
UPDATE: It is now available worldwide!
Check out the trailer for some gameplay:
Hatsune Miku Logic Paint was a puzzle game originally made for mobile devices. There are more puzzles on the Switch version, and now 20×20 puzzles are being introduced to make this the superior version of the game. Unfortunately, the touch screen support from the mobile version does not apply to the Switch even in handheld mode.
There is no word on a Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S release in the west, but the English support on this Japanese version of the game implies that it will be coming elsewhere sooner than we think. For the time being, though, it is only on the Japanese eShop.
The game costs ¥1500 (About $15USD), but it is currently on sale for 25% off at ¥1125 (About $11USD). If you want to take advantage of this current sale, it is available until March 30th, 13 days from now.
We will continue to keep you updated as more information comes in for a western release, but enjoy the game off of the Japanese eShop if you absolutely cannot wait.
