Super Smash Bros Ultimate Announcing New Fighter Tomorrow
Nintendo announced today via social media that Super Smash Bros Ultimate will have a special presentation tomorrow, October 1st, to announce and show off a new fighter for the game.
This announcement is long overdue, as the second fighter pass has only released Min Min from ARMS and still has 5 more fighters to confirm.
Unlike previous fighter announcements, this one seems like it will be rather short and to the point. Mr. Sakurai will also speak for a little bit afterward, but I wonder what the reason is for less attention on this character. Maybe this is simply the character announcement, and we will get an extensive gameplay video in the near future.
Either way, we will finally learn who the second character is for Fighter Pass 2 of Super Smash Bros Ultimate on the Nintendo Switch, and personally I am hoping for a major indie character like Shantae, Shovel Knight, or The Knight from Hollow Knight. However, rumor already has it that Tracer from Overwatch will be one of the characters, possibly even tomorrow’s announcement.
