The Last Campfire Releases on Switch Out of Nowhere

Back on March 17 at the first Indie World Showcase this year, Hello Games, the team famous for No Man’s Sky, announced a gorgeous little game called The Last Campfire. No word on a release date was shared, but that did not stop Hello Games and Nintendo from dropping the surprise release today genuinely out of nowhere.

At the time, the game is live on the Australia and Japan eShops, but we assume that the game will release in North America and Europe once the eShops update. You can check out the trailer again for The Last Campfire if you need a refresher.

The game will cost around $14.99 when it eventually releases in the West, but you can go ahead and download it from your Japanese account if you have one.
